Letters to Mieczyslaw Sierpinski, 1948 and 1955.

Sierpinski was Jarra's student, and probably the son of Wacław Sierpiński, the Polish mathematician. The letter documents an aspect of the post-World War II fate of Polish emigrant scholars. There is an inscribed publication by Jarra, CZŁOWIEK A WŁADZA, published by the Polish Catholic Mission in London, 1948.
